All children who will be 3 or 4 years old on or before September 1 and who have a parent or legal guardian living in Multnomah County are eligible for Preschool for All.

Happy Go Lucky Child Care was established in 2012 and has a strong commitment to helping children learn social emotional skills through program implementation of The Pyramid Model. Our play based curriculum also allows us to help support each child where they are at and establish the skills needed to be successful when they leave for kindergarten. Our highly trained and educated staff serve children from 2 months old until they leave for kindergarten. We will be utilizing Gateway Discovery Park as our outdoor play space for the kids.
PSP hours are 8:30-3:30, M-Th. Before/after care and care on Fridays is available for an additional charge.
