- Your family resides within West Multnomah County
- Your family qualifies for or receives the following assistance services: SSI, SNAP, TANF.
- Your family is caring for a special needs child, or caring for a foster child.
- Please reach out to see if you qualify
- Your family income is less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
