Preschool For All

All children who will be 3 or 4 years old on or before September 1 and who have a parent or legal guardian living in Multnomah County are eligible for Preschool for All.

You may qualify for this program if:

• Your family resides within Multnomah County
• All residents are eligible regardless of income or other status

PPS Early Learners

You may qualify for this program if:

• Your family resides within Live within the PPS school boundaries, east of the Willamette River. (Some exceptions allowed based on family need)
• Your family qualifies for or receives the following assistance services: SSI, SNAP, TANF.
• Your family is caring for a foster child, or experiencing houselessness.
• Limited slots are available for families at all income levels.
