Portland Public Schools Early Learners
You may qualify for this program if:
- Your family resides within Live within the PPS school boundaries, east of the Willamette River. (Some exceptions allowed based on family need)
- Your family qualifies for or receives the following assistance services: TANF, SNAP, SSI.
- Your family is caring for a foster child, or experiencing houselessness.
- Limited slots are available for families at all income levels.
